KM 10, issued for use in the leper colony on the island of Culion in The Philippines. According to McFadden, the first patients were brought to the island in 1906; the colony was still open in 1993. Anthony dollar size (27 mm in diameter) copper-nickel coin, with Philippine revolutionary general Andres Bonifacio on the obverse.

This is type 773 in McFadden, Grost and Marr's "The Numismatic Aspects of Leprosy." Low mintage of only 17,000 pieces.
